My name is Ben Resini ... welcome to Salt + Starch!

Here's the heart of it all - I've always been curious by what can be created in the kitchen. From making fresh pasta at home with family to slinging cheesesteaks during my college years, cooking has always provided an infinite palette of ideas and inspiration.

My first trip to Italy solidified my love for cooking like I never expected and has held a tight grip ever since.

Coupled with my love of travel and photography, I decided to begin Salt + Starch a few years ago to journal my time in the kitchen. It's proven to be a great space for recipes + stories of tradition + much more.
